Gulzar Group of Institutes, Khanna organised a Seminar cum workshop to guide the budding engineers and MBAs to hone their competitive skills by Ambassador Deepak Vohra. The workshop commenced with many wonderful presentations, motivational film clips, stories and case studies that kept the audience spellbound. As many as 300 students along with HODs and other faculty members participated in it. The session was highly interactive with various issues ranging from personal grooming and appearance to confidence building tips, successful interview tips, understanding correct body posture etc.
He also spoke about the importance of image and self-branding which is of paramount importance for personal success at all levels.He further told the students how the world is changing and shared his experiences with them while being on the international places and what is required today in the national and international market.
While speaking at the moment Gurkirat Singh Executive Director of GGI said that in this exceptional kind of workshop students learned how their actions leave impressions on others. What actually perception is and what perception they leave with people they interact, how an image is created about them and how this image can influence their peers, seniors, and others in a positive manner. They also leaned how to dress to project an image of confidence and capability thereby creating the best impression in the minds of the interviewers which is the first basic step to obtaining a dream job.
